Heritage Roofing & Repair did an excellent job on our roof. Cade was our Project Manager for our roof replacement. Top 3 things we loved: 1) Friendly and professional service 2) Quick and responsive communication 3) Reliable, efficient workmanship.
Heritage Roofing & Repair was incredibly punctual and professional. The crew arrived on time, explained the roof repair process clearly, and completed the work quickly and reliably. Rex and his team are great, on time and always available to help. They put our roof on in one day! I had questions about our roof and they sent someone the next day.
Cade was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was great throughout the whole process!
Had some wind and hail damage to our roof in 2023. We got a 3 different quotes, one too high and one too low. We went with Heritage because their price was just about what the insurance company quoted. Cade and Rex were supper great to work with and very…
…quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Their team was very quick to tear off nearly 4000 sq ft of roof and have it reshingled in about 2 days. I highly recommend them and have done so to several friends and family that are just as pleased as I am with their work. After nearly a year and a half, we have had zero issues.
Cade was a delight to work with. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the installation process and the products used. I learned that there is a lot that goes into a roof installation. Cade made sure I understood what to expect throughout the process. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing & Repair.

Very Professional ! They did a great job. My husband & I are disabled seniors. We live in the Branson Mo. area. Cade Chappelle the project manager was fantastic !!! He helped us deal with our insurance company, by sending pictures for us and estimates,…
…also got up on the roof when the insurance adjuster was here and made sure he didn't miss any of the hail damage, not only to our roof, but the gutters and our siding too. Plus 2 other out buildings. Cade kept in touch with & sent all the info our insurance company; which was based in Texas asked for. It helped us get the maximum recovery for our home. It took so much stress off us, cause we are not tech savvy and things were all done online. Knowing Cade was handling things, made the whole process so much easier for us ! The workmen that actually took off the old roof & put the new one on, were very professional and fast. They did a great clean up of the yard when they were done ! Our neighbor used Heritage too, and was very pleased also. Kenneth & Elaine Peters
Heritage Roofing did a wonderful job for us. Had hail damage and full roof replacement. They were fast, reliable and left everything the way they found it. Cleaned up every nail and such. I will definitely call them again for all our roofing needs. They were one of the lowest bids too. So great value and customer service for the price.
These folks did a great job with our shingled house. Did it in one day! Would definitely use them again
I worked with Cade Chappelle, with Heritage! I tell ya what, if I could just replicate this guy and deal with him on all large projects/purchases. Top notch communication, professional, courteous, and just a good dude. Not enough adjectives to do this company…
…justice. Cade understood sometimes unfortunate things happen in life that can be stressful. In this case having to replace my roof. He literally took care of everything for me, and followed up multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. From the time their crew started to finish was less than 48 hours. My roof, yard, and flower beds were all in better shape when they left as to when they arrived. Been a long time since I have felt valued as a customer, give Heritage a chance and ask for Cade. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
Michael was extremely professional and guided me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance. I would highly recommend Michael and Heritage Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
They're extremely responsive and did everything they said they would do. We had a terrible experience with a company by the name of over the top roofing out of Springfield, and it was nothing like that. These guys stuck to their word and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.
Great experience! Roofers were concerned with doing a great job.
Excellent company. Fair price. Quality work. Would definitely recommend them.
I was approached by someone wanting to check my roof out from Heritage Roofing. I explained to them I already had it inspected with my insurance and someone insurance hired, and it’s good. They asked if they could still verify it’s good, because a lot of the…
…times insurance doesn’t fully check. I was hestitant, because I don’t (or didn’t*) trust roofing companies, but said, “sure, why not!”. After they were done inspecting it, I just knew they were going to come with a ton of issues and tell me I need a new roof. The 2 guys got finished, and they told me my roof is in great condition and I don’t need one right now. I didn’t actually use them for a new roof, but I 100% will whenever I need a new one. They are honest, and you can actually trust them to tell the truth! Glad I found them! Honesty + Roofing companies are hard to come by! So glad he stopped by.
We definitely would recommend Heritage Roofing and Repair. Our home was hit by a huge storm and Rex was able to work with our general contractor so that our roof could be replaced in an organized fashion along with our other repairs. He also trusted our…
…insurance company and worked within their estimate. His crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the roof repaired. They did a very nice cleanup job too. Rex was also very good at answering texts, emails, and phone calls. And best of all, the roof looked amazing when it was finished!
I'd made numerous phone calls trying to find help having developed some leaks in a 16 year old metal roof. These folks responded where others couldn't or wouldn't. They are knowledgeable and work hard filling a much needed niche in this area at a fair price.
Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.
Love love love the job they did. Fast, courteous, and thorough.
Rex and his team were amazing to work with.. They did an amazing and timely job! Super easy to work with!

Huntsville is the county seat of Madison County and one of the oldest communities in Northwest Arkansas, with a historic courthouse square surrounded by established neighborhoods where many homes are 40 to 80+ years old. Roofing these older homes requires experience with non-standard roof pitches, aging decking, and materials that match the character of the property while meeting modern performance standards.
Situated in the upper Ozarks along Highway 23 — known locally as the “Pig Trail Scenic Byway” — Huntsville sits at a higher elevation than the valley communities to the north and south. This means more ice loading in winter, stronger spring storm exposure, and greater temperature differentials between day and night that cause roofing materials to expand and contract more aggressively over time. The Madison County area averages several significant hail events per year, and older roofs near the square and along the War Eagle Creek corridor are especially vulnerable.
Heritage Roofing & Repair has served Madison County homeowners for decades, handling everything from emergency tarping after spring storms to full replacements on historic Huntsville homes. We understand the building styles and roofing challenges specific to this area, and we work with homeowners to find materials that protect the home while respecting its character.

It’s recommended to have your roof inspected at least once a year, especially before the rainy season. In Huntsville, after storms or snowfalls, it’s important to check for damage and ensure your roof is ready to withstand any harsh weather conditions.
Metal roofing and asphalt shingles are ideal choices for Huntsville’s climate. Metal roofing offers durability and energy efficiency, perfect for withstanding snow and storms, while asphalt shingles are a cost-effective and reliable option for residential homes.
Yes! We provide storm damage roof repair to quickly address issues like leaks, missing shingles, and other storm-related damage. Our team will ensure your roof is restored to its full strength, protecting your home from further damage.
If your roof is over 20 years old, shows significant signs of wear such as leaks or sagging, or if you’ve had frequent repairs, it might be time for a roof replacement. We can help assess your roof and provide professional advice on the best course of action.
Absolutely. Many homes in Huntsville's historic neighborhoods have non-standard roof pitches, multiple dormers, and aging roof decking that requires careful assessment before any work begins. We inspect the underlying structure before recommending materials, and we match shingle profiles and colors that complement the home's original character while delivering modern weather protection.
Huntsville sits higher than many surrounding towns, which increases exposure to straight-line winds and hail during spring storm season. Storms moving along the Highway 23 corridor can intensify as they cross the ridgelines around Madison County. We recommend impact-resistant Class 3 or Class 4 shingles for Huntsville properties — they cost slightly more upfront but many insurance providers offer premium discounts for impact-rated roofing systems.
