Heritage Roofing is a very professional company. Our liaison, Jasper was do friendly, understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. His knowledge of roofing, insurance, scheduling, materials and options was vast and he took his time to explain every detail. I don’t think I have ever felt as secure about a home project before. Give them a call, they will take care of you!
Heritage Roofing & Repair did an excellent job on our roof. Cade was our Project Manager for our roof replacement. Top 3 things we loved: 1) Friendly and professional service 2) Quick and responsive communication 3) Reliable, efficient workmanship.

Had some wind and hail damage to our roof in 2023. We got a 3 different quotes, one too high and one too low. We went with Heritage because their price was just about what the insurance company quoted. Cade and Rex were supper great to work with and very…
…quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Their team was very quick to tear off nearly 4000 sq ft of roof and have it reshingled in about 2 days. I highly recommend them and have done so to several friends and family that are just as pleased as I am with their work. After nearly a year and a half, we have had zero issues.
Cade was a delight to work with. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the installation process and the products used. I learned that there is a lot that goes into a roof installation. Cade made sure I understood what to expect throughout the process. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing & Repair.
When I called Heritage Roofing about getting a new roof. When the workers came, they did the roof in two days. They did a great job! I am very happy with the outcome. My house looks so good!
After hail damage,, Heritage replaced our roof with a metal one, which is stunning. Great team to work with, particularly Gavin. Highly recommend.

Very Professional ! They did a great job. My husband & I are disabled seniors. We live in the Branson Mo. area. Cade Chappelle the project manager was fantastic !!! He helped us deal with our insurance company, by sending pictures for us and estimates,…
…also got up on the roof when the insurance adjuster was here and made sure he didn't miss any of the hail damage, not only to our roof, but the gutters and our siding too. Plus 2 other out buildings. Cade kept in touch with & sent all the info our insurance company; which was based in Texas asked for. It helped us get the maximum recovery for our home. It took so much stress off us, cause we are not tech savvy and things were all done online. Knowing Cade was handling things, made the whole process so much easier for us ! The workmen that actually took off the old roof & put the new one on, were very professional and fast. They did a great clean up of the yard when they were done ! Our neighbor used Heritage too, and was very pleased also. Kenneth & Elaine Peters
Heritage Roofing did a wonderful job for us. Had hail damage and full roof replacement. They were fast, reliable and left everything the way they found it. Cleaned up every nail and such. I will definitely call them again for all our roofing needs. They were one of the lowest bids too. So great value and customer service for the price.
These folks did a great job with our shingled house. Did it in one day! Would definitely use them again
I worked with Cade Chappelle, with Heritage! I tell ya what, if I could just replicate this guy and deal with him on all large projects/purchases. Top notch communication, professional, courteous, and just a good dude. Not enough adjectives to do this company…
…justice. Cade understood sometimes unfortunate things happen in life that can be stressful. In this case having to replace my roof. He literally took care of everything for me, and followed up multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. From the time their crew started to finish was less than 48 hours. My roof, yard, and flower beds were all in better shape when they left as to when they arrived. Been a long time since I have felt valued as a customer, give Heritage a chance and ask for Cade. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
Michael was extremely professional and guided me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance. I would highly recommend Michael and Heritage Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
They're extremely responsive and did everything they said they would do. We had a terrible experience with a company by the name of over the top roofing out of Springfield, and it was nothing like that. These guys stuck to their word and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.
Great experience! Roofers were concerned with doing a great job.
Excellent company. Fair price. Quality work. Would definitely recommend them.
I was approached by someone wanting to check my roof out from Heritage Roofing. I explained to them I already had it inspected with my insurance and someone insurance hired, and it’s good. They asked if they could still verify it’s good, because a lot of the…
…times insurance doesn’t fully check. I was hestitant, because I don’t (or didn’t*) trust roofing companies, but said, “sure, why not!”. After they were done inspecting it, I just knew they were going to come with a ton of issues and tell me I need a new roof. The 2 guys got finished, and they told me my roof is in great condition and I don’t need one right now. I didn’t actually use them for a new roof, but I 100% will whenever I need a new one. They are honest, and you can actually trust them to tell the truth! Glad I found them! Honesty + Roofing companies are hard to come by! So glad he stopped by.
We definitely would recommend Heritage Roofing and Repair. Our home was hit by a huge storm and Rex was able to work with our general contractor so that our roof could be replaced in an organized fashion along with our other repairs. He also trusted our…
…insurance company and worked within their estimate. His crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the roof repaired. They did a very nice cleanup job too. Rex was also very good at answering texts, emails, and phone calls. And best of all, the roof looked amazing when it was finished!
I'd made numerous phone calls trying to find help having developed some leaks in a 16 year old metal roof. These folks responded where others couldn't or wouldn't. They are knowledgeable and work hard filling a much needed niche in this area at a fair price.
Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.
Love love love the job they did. Fast, courteous, and thorough.
Rex and his team were amazing to work with.. They did an amazing and timely job! Super easy to work with!
Rex was polite and knowledgeable about our roofs repair and shingling need. He quickly worked us in his schedule because of damage. Heritage crew was fast, efficient and friendly. Clean up was excellent. Price was very fair. Would recommend Heritage Roofing.

Heritage Roofing & Repair works throughout Carroll County and Northwest Arkansas from our Berryville office, covering residential and commercial roofing, storm and hail damage, and insurance claim work.
Our residential roofing work is built for Ozark weather — hot summers, spring hail, and winter ice that finds every weak fastener.
Our commercial roofing systems suit low-slope and flat buildings, warehouses and retail — the poultry and agricultural buildings common across Carroll County included.
We install the full range of roofing materials, and in hail country the impact rating matters more than the color.
Carroll County sits in the National Weather Service’s Northwest Arkansas warning area, and severe thunderstorm, hail and tornado warnings here are issued from its Tulsa forecast office. Berryville knows what that means: a tornado struck the northwest side of town on October 27, 1942, killing 29 people, and smaller tornadoes hit in 1908 and 1939.
Our team consists of trained, certified roofing professionals with years of experience in both residential and commercial applications. Whether we’re working with asphalt, metal, or flat membrane systems, our experts follow strict installation standards, safety guidelines, and manufacturer best practices to ensure your roof performs for decades.
Every home and roof is different. We provide roofing options matched to your needs, style and budget — whether that is upgrading to energy-efficient roofing or a specific insurance-friendly repair.

Berryville sits at about 1,240 feet in the Ozarks, where the Kings River cuts through Carroll County on its way to Table Rock Lake. The weather here is hard on roofs: hot summers, severe spring storms and winter ice. According to NOAA’s 1991–2020 climate normals, this part of Arkansas averages over 45 inches of rain a year. Carroll County sits in the National Weather Service’s Northwest Arkansas warning area, with severe thunderstorm, hail and tornado warnings issued from its Tulsa forecast office. Choosing an established local roofing contractor is what stands between that weather and leaks, mold and rot.
Starting your project is simple:
Every job complies with the Arkansas state building codes and OSHA safety protocols. We utilize fall protection systems, scaffoldings, roof edge guards, and on-site safety briefings to ensure our crews and your property stay protected at every phase.

Since 1968 — 58 years. It is a family business, founded by the current owner’s father and still family-run, making it one of the longest-established roofing contractors in Carroll County.
Yes. Roof inspections are free and carry no obligation anywhere in our Northwest Arkansas service area. We check the whole roof and tell you plainly whether you are looking at a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all.
Class 3 shingles carry an impact rating that helps them resist hail damage better than standard shingles. Heritage currently offers free Class 3 shingle upgrades on qualifying roof replacements — useful in Carroll County, where hail moves through most springs.
Most hail and wind damage is not visible from the ground. Look for granules in gutters and downspouts, dented vents or flashing, and shingles lifted along ridges and rakes. If a storm has been through, book a free hail damage inspection rather than guessing — undocumented damage is what gets insurance claims underpaid.
Yes. Heritage inspects the roof slope by slope, photographs the damage and provides claim-ready documentation for your insurance roof claim. Most Arkansas homeowners policies cover sudden storm and hail damage but not age-related wear, so the documentation is what separates the two.
Emergency roof repair is available, with same-day service in most cases. Call (870) 654-1164. Move what you can out from under the leak and put down a container, but do not go onto a wet roof.
Yes. Heritage offers roofing financing so a repair or replacement can be paid over time rather than up front. Terms are explained alongside the written estimate before any work is scheduled.
Impact-rated metal and architectural asphalt shingles perform best against the hail and straight-line wind common across the Ozarks. Metal is especially suited to the rural and agricultural buildings across Carroll County. Lighter three-tab shingles bruise and shed granules faster here than in milder regions.
Yes. Heritage installs and repairs TPO, modified bitumen, silicone coatings and flat roof systems on commercial and agricultural buildings across Northwest Arkansas, alongside full residential roofing. Poultry and farm buildings are a regular part of the work in Carroll County.
