Heritage Roofing is a very professional company. Our liaison, Jasper was do friendly, understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. His knowledge of roofing, insurance, scheduling, materials and options was vast and he took his time to explain every detail. I don’t think I have ever felt as secure about a home project before. Heritage Roofing & Repair did an excellent job on our roof. Cade was our Project Manager for our roof replacement. Top 3 things we loved: 1) Friendly and professional service 2) Quick and responsive communication 3) Reliable, efficient workmanship.
Heritage Roofing & Repair was incredibly punctual and professional. The crew arrived on time, explained the roof repair process clearly, and completed the work quickly and reliably. Appreciated working with a Hometown business. Very good workers & quality product. Happy with the one day removal of 2 layers of old shingles & look of new shingles. Clean-up was very good.
Rex and his team are great, on time and always available to help. They put our roof on in one day! I had questions about our roof and they sent someone the next day.
Cade was very helpful, answered all my questions, and was great throughout the whole process!
Had some wind and hail damage to our roof in 2023. We got a 3 different quotes, one too high and one too low. We went with Heritage because their price was just about what the insurance company quoted. Cade and Rex were supper great to work with and very…
…quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Their team was very quick to tear off nearly 4000 sq ft of roof and have it reshingled in about 2 days. I highly recommend them and have done so to several friends and family that are just as pleased as I am with their work. After nearly a year and a half, we have had zero issues.
Cade was a delight to work with. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the installation process and the products used. I learned that there is a lot that goes into a roof installation. Cade made sure I understood what to expect throughout the process. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing & Repair.
When I called Heritage Roofing about getting a new roof. They sent out their salesman, Gavin Pannell, he did a great job of explaining all aspects of the products they use and how the work would be done. When the workers came, they did the roof in two days. They did a great job! I am very happy with the outcome. My house looks so good!
After hail damage,, Heritage replaced our roof with a metal one, which is stunning. Great team to work with, particularly Gavin. Highly recommend.
Great company to do business with! Very responsive and quality work.

Very Professional ! They did a great job. My husband & I are disabled seniors. We live in the Branson Mo. area. Cade Chappelle the project manager was fantastic !!! He helped us deal with our insurance company, by sending pictures for us and estimates,…
…also got up on the roof when the insurance adjuster was here and made sure he didn't miss any of the hail damage, not only to our roof, but the gutters and our siding too. Plus 2 other out buildings. Cade kept in touch with & sent all the info our insurance company; which was based in Texas asked for. It helped us get the maximum recovery for our home. It took so much stress off us, cause we are not tech savvy and things were all done online. Knowing Cade was handling things, made the whole process so much easier for us ! The workmen that actually took off the old roof & put the new one on, were very professional and fast. They did a great clean up of the yard when they were done ! Our neighbor used Heritage too, and was very pleased also. Kenneth & Elaine Peters
Heritage Roofing did a wonderful job for us. Had hail damage and full roof replacement. They were fast, reliable and left everything the way they found it. Cleaned up every nail and such. I will definitely call them again for all our roofing needs. They were one of the lowest bids too. So great value and customer service for the price.
These folks did a great job with our shingled house. Did it in one day! Would definitely use them again
I worked with Cade Chappelle, with Heritage! I tell ya what, if I could just replicate this guy and deal with him on all large projects/purchases. Top notch communication, professional, courteous, and just a good dude. Not enough adjectives to do this company…
…justice. Cade understood sometimes unfortunate things happen in life that can be stressful. In this case having to replace my roof. He literally took care of everything for me, and followed up multiple times to ensure I was satisfied. From the time their crew started to finish was less than 48 hours. My roof, yard, and flower beds were all in better shape when they left as to when they arrived. Been a long time since I have felt valued as a customer, give Heritage a chance and ask for Cade. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
Michael was extremely professional and guided me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance. I would highly recommend Michael and Heritage Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
They're extremely responsive and did everything they said they would do. We had a terrible experience with a company by the name of over the top roofing out of Springfield, and it was nothing like that. These guys stuck to their word and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.
Great experience! Roofers were concerned with doing a great job.
Excellent company. Fair price. Quality work. Would definitely recommend them.
I was approached by someone wanting to check my roof out from Heritage Roofing. I explained to them I already had it inspected with my insurance and someone insurance hired, and it’s good. They asked if they could still verify it’s good, because a lot of the…
…times insurance doesn’t fully check. I was hestitant, because I don’t (or didn’t*) trust roofing companies, but said, “sure, why not!”. After they were done inspecting it, I just knew they were going to come with a ton of issues and tell me I need a new roof. The 2 guys got finished, and they told me my roof is in great condition and I don’t need one right now. I didn’t actually use them for a new roof, but I 100% will whenever I need a new one. They are honest, and you can actually trust them to tell the truth! Glad I found them! Honesty + Roofing companies are hard to come by! So glad he stopped by.
We definitely would recommend Heritage Roofing and Repair. Our home was hit by a huge storm and Rex was able to work with our general contractor so that our roof could be replaced in an organized fashion along with our other repairs. He also trusted our…
…insurance company and worked within their estimate. His crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the roof repaired. They did a very nice cleanup job too. Rex was also very good at answering texts, emails, and phone calls. And best of all, the roof looked amazing when it was finished!
I'd made numerous phone calls trying to find help having developed some leaks in a 16 year old metal roof. These folks responded where others couldn't or wouldn't. They are knowledgeable and work hard filling a much needed niche in this area at a fair price.
Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.
Love love love the job they did. Fast, courteous, and thorough.
Rex and his team were amazing to work with.. They did an amazing and timely job! Super easy to work with!
Rex was polite and knowledgeable about our roofs repair and shingling need. He quickly worked us in his schedule because of damage. Heritage crew was fast, efficient and friendly. Clean up was excellent. Price was very fair. Would recommend Heritage Roofing.

Rex and his crew where very productive and helpful. They did a wonderful job on our roof and we would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful job.
Green Forest sits along U.S. Highway 62 in the heart of Carroll County, where wide downtown streets, a central gazebo, and a mix of historic storefronts and newer construction define the community. At an elevation of over 1,300 feet, roofs in Green Forest face the full force of Ozark weather — driving spring rains, summer heat that can push attic temperatures past 140°F, fall wind events funneling along the Highway 62 corridor, and occasional ice storms in winter.
Many properties in and around Green Forest sit on larger rural lots along county roads, where wind exposure is greater than in town and roofing crews need to plan for longer access drives and remote staging. Metal roofing is especially popular for barns, outbuildings, and farmstead homes throughout the Green Forest area, while asphalt architectural shingles remain the go-to for in-town residences near the downtown square and the Green Forest School District campus. Whether your property is on Main Street or down a county road off Highway 311, Heritage Roofing & Repair provides the same professional service and quality materials.
The Green Forest Chamber of Commerce has served this community since its founding, and Heritage Roofing & Repair is proud to support local homeowners and businesses across the 72638 zip code with dependable roofing solutions built for Ozark conditions.

Yes, we assist homeowners in navigating insurance roof claims to ensure proper coverage.
Typically, a full roof replacement for an average home takes 2–5 days, depending on size and materials.
Asphalt shingles and metal roofing are most common. Energy-efficient options can lower utility costs.
Absolutely. Our team provides 24/7 emergency roofing services in Green Forest.
Yes. Many of our Green Forest area customers live on larger lots along county roads off Highway 62 and Highway 311. We regularly roof farmhouses, metal barns, detached garages, and outbuildings throughout rural Carroll County. Our crews come equipped for properties with longer access drives and remote locations — there's no job too far out for us to reach.
At over 1,300 feet, Green Forest sits higher than many surrounding communities, which means greater wind exposure, more ice accumulation in winter, and faster UV degradation during summer. We recommend impact-resistant architectural shingles or standing seam metal roofing for properties in the Green Forest area, and we always check attic ventilation since the elevation can intensify temperature swings between seasons.
